All the data that are voluntarily provided by the candidates on the cv, which can be sent via the present website or to the mailbox and only containing the necessary data, will be processed exclusively for the purposes of hiring and evaluating personnel.

Provision of personal data by the data subject is optional although strictly related to the indicated purposes. However if essential data is not provided we could be unable to carry out the employee hiring and evaluation activities.

The data will be kept (usually for one year) in electronic format to carry out employee hiring and evaluation activities.

Only the administrative, secretarial staff and the management will be allowed to access your data.

As an exception, access to your data may be temporarily granted to third parties in charge of the maintenance and management of the internal information system.

Moreover, if consent is granted by the data subject (by his/her written consent attached to his/her cv), his/her data will be communicated to other WPP group companies that are looking for similar job profiles.

You are kindly requested not to provide “sensitive” personal data (“sensitive data” shall mean personal data allowing the disclosure of health condition, religious and political opinion).
All sensitive data will be removed if the candidate hasn’t specifically provided consent to the processing of them by hkgaia and all the group companies. The candidate may give his/her consent to it by sending his/her CV by fax.
